Time to say goodbye

The Decision To Say Goodbye
The decision to say goodbye to a pet friend is never an easy one for the owner. When euthanasia is necessary we do our best to give your companion a dignified and gentle goodbye.
Euthanasia is a responsibility we take seriously and reverently. When you are ready to make the appointment after coming to this desicion, there will be a few decisions you will be asked to make. You may wish to discuss these choices with other family members before you arrive.
You may want to think about if you would like to be with your pet during the euthanasia procedure, some owners wish to be with their pet in their final moments while others find it too difficult & prefer not to be present.
We also understand that when the time comes a lot of our clients prefer this procedure to be done at home. This will help your pet remain relaxed in their familiar surroundings. We will do our best to arrange a suitable time to come out to you.
Another decision to think about is whether you would like to have your pets ashes back or not. We use a professional Pet Cremation service called 'Elysian Fields' who have a wide range of urns and caskets to choose from if you wish to have your pet cremated privately.
